¼ cup Cashewnuts
1 cup Makhana
½ tsp. Cumin seed powder
½ tsp. Black Pepper powder
½ tsp. Salt/Rock Salt
½ tsp. Aamchur Powder (Dry Mango Powder)
½ tsp. Red chilli powder (Optional)
1 tsp. Honey
1. In a pan roast green chillies and add cashews and roast them until their colour turns slightly.
2. Add Makhana and dry roast for 3-4 minutes.
3. Now add cumin seed powder, black pepper powder, salt or rock salt if you are fasting, aamchur powder, red chilli powder and stir well.
4. Turn off the flame and add Honey and mix thoroughly.
Masala Makhana is ready to eat!
